Any reviews, comments, or suggestions you submit to Ripe Mart Shop may be used by us without obligation to compensate you.
C. Policies
1. Returns & Refunds
●Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
●Faulty or damaged items may be eligible for replacement or refund within the return window.
●Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days (depending on payment gateway or bank).
2. Pricing & Availability
●All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT.
●Prices may change at any time before order confirmation.
●Orders are subject to stock availability.
3. Delivery Policy
●Delivery timelines depend on stock and logistics conditions.
●Unexpected delays may occur due to political events, holidays, or natural issues.
●Customers must provide correct addresses; redelivery charges may apply for failed attempts.
4. Cancellation
●Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
●We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, the product is mispriced, or fraud is suspected.
D. Legal Matters
●All disputes will be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
●Courts in Dhaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
●We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, data, or goodwill.

Ripe Mart Shop–এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, অ্যাপ বা সার্ভিস ব্যবহার করলে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিয়েছেন বলে গণ্য হবে। যদি না মানেন, অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করবেন না।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় পূর্বঘোষণা ছাড়াই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে ধরা হবে আপনি পরিবর্তন মেনে নিয়েছেন।
ব্যবহার নীতিমালা
১. অ্যাকাউন্ট
●অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য ও পাসওয়ার্ড নিরাপদ রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
●আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে করা সব কার্যক্রমের দায়ভার আপনার।
●অপব্যবহার পাওয়া গেলে অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করা হতে পারে।
২. অর্ডার
●অর্ডার কেবলমাত্র অ্যাকাউন্ট মালিকের নামে গণ্য হবে।
●ভুল দাম, জালিয়াতি বা অপব্যবহার সন্দেহ হলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
৩. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
●অবৈধ, ক্ষতিকর বা আক্রমণাত্মক কনটেন্ট শেয়ার করা নিষিদ্ধ।
●স্প্যাম, প্রতারণা বা কপিরাইট ভঙ্গ করলে ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।
৪. কনটেন্ট সাবমিশন
●আপনার মন্তব্য বা রিভিউ Ripe Mart Shop ইচ্ছেমতো ব্যবহার করতে পারবে।
নীতি
১. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
●পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
●ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্য রিটার্ন/রিফান্ডযোগ্য।
●রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হবে।
২. মূল্য ও প্রাপ্যতা
●সব দাম BDT-তে এবং VAT অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
●অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার আগে দাম পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
●স্টক না থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে।
৩. ডেলিভারি নীতি
●ডেলিভারি সময় স্টক ও পরিস্থিতির উপর নির্ভরশীল।
●রাজনৈতিক ঘটনা, ছুটি বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
●ভুল ঠিকানা দিলে পুনরায় ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।
৪. অর্ডার বাতিল
●শিপমেন্টের আগে গ্রাহক নিজে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
●আমাদের পক্ষ থেকেও অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে (যেমন – স্টক আউট, ভুল দাম, জালিয়াতি ইত্যাদি)।
আইনগত বিষয়
●সব শর্ত বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
●ঢাকা আদালতের এখতিয়ার থাকবে।
●কোনো প্রকার পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায়ভার আমরা নেব না।
