Ripe Mart Shop Return Process

Steps to Return an Item:

       1. Sign in to your Ripe Mart Shop account, then go to “My Orders.”

       2. Select the order you wish to return and click “Manage Order.”

       3. Next, click on the “Return Items” option.

       4. Fill out the available Return Form correctly (Pickup / Drop-off).

 

Return Methods Based on Delivery Type:

       ●Doorstep Delivery: Pickup / Drop-off

       ●Collection Point Delivery: Drop-off only

⚠️ Selecting any other option may result in return cancellation.

 

       5. The product must be returned in its original manufacturer’s packaging. Clearly write your Order Number and Return Tracking Number

           on the outside of the package.

       6. Return the item to the nearest Drop-off Point within the specified time or wait for the Pickup service.

       7. When returning, make sure to collect your Ripe Mart Shop Return Acknowledgement Slip and keep it for future reference.

       8. At the Drop-off, ensure your package is labeled with your Order Number and Return Tracking Number, and accurately fill out the Return Acknowledgement Form.

🔹 বাংলা সংস্করণ 

 

রিটার্ন করার ধাপসমূহ:

       ১. আপনার Ripe Mart Shop অ্যাকাউন্টে সাইন ইন  করুন, তারপর “My Orders” সিলেক্ট করুন।

       ২. যে অর্ডারটি রিটার্ন করতে চান সেটি সিলেক্ট করে “Manage Order” বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।

       ৩. এরপর “Return Items” অপশনে ক্লিক করুন।

       ৪. রিটার্ন অপশন থেকে সঠিকভাবে রিটার্ন ফর্ম পূরণ করুন (Pickup / Drop-off)।

 

ডেলিভারি ধরণ অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন পদ্ধতি:

       ●Doorstep Delivery (দরজায় ডেলিভারি): Pickup / Drop-off

       ●Collection Point Delivery: শুধুমাত্র Drop-off

⚠️ অন্য কিছু নির্বাচন করলে রিটার্ন বাতিল হতে পারে।

 

       ৫.পণ্যটি অবশ্যই প্রস্তুতকারকের আসল প্যাকেজিংসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে। প্যাকেজের বাইরে অর্ডার নম্বর এবং রিটার্ন ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর স্পষ্টভাবে লিখুন।

       ৬. নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে নিকটতম Drop-off পয়েন্টে পণ্য জমা দিন অথবা Pickup সার্ভিসের জন্য অপেক্ষা করুন।

       ৭. রিটার্নের সময় অবশ্যই আপনার Ripe Mart Shop Return Acknowledgement Slip সংগ্রহ করুন এবং ভবিষ্যতের জন্য সংরক্ষণ করুন।

       ৮. Drop-off করার সময় প্যাকেজে আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর এবং রিটার্ন ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর সঠিকভাবে লেখা আছে কিনা নিশ্চিত করুন এবং

             Return Acknowledgement Form-এ যথাযথভাবে পূরণ করুন।
